It was Baylor's first time being the No. 1 team in NCAA Basketball. Key word being was. West Virginia beat Baylor 89-68. Way to blow it, Baylor.


TIGERS DETHRONE

'BAMA Alabama reign supreme all season long with a perfect record and they seemed untouchable. Except for the Clemson Tigers. The two teams meet up for the Championship Game Monday night. Clemson beat Alabama 35-31 in this year’s rematch. The game might have felt a little like last year, but for the Tigers it feels like 1981.Since that’s the last time they won a championship. Maybe next year, ‘Bama.


FIFA-TANSTIC

If you really feel that the World Cup season doesn’t last long enough, FIFA fulfilled your wishes. The world governing body has expanded the 32 teams to 48 teams. Which means 16 groups of 3 teams. It's likely FIFA will make nice chunk of change from the switch. The European Clubs Association is salty about it and "fail to see the merits.” You mad, bro?
